Hello can anyone recommend the best online cigarette stores? I’m looking for NON FSC Marlboro’s, and i don’t know if the ones manufactured in the East are better or worse than those made in Europe. Of course, besides quality of cigarette, I’m wondering which stores are legitimate i.e., provide reliable service, and don’t rip you off! (Also, curious about shipping time, etc.) Thanks so much i just CANNOT STAND these horrid FSC cigarettes any longer, and of course certainly wouldn’t mind the discount prices advertised on various sites. FELLOW FORUM MEMBERS I’M COUNTING ON YOU! #2 (permalink) 01 20 2013, 03 52 PM Jon2thejon Junior Member Join Date Apr 2009 Location United States Posts 15 Rep Power 0
Non FSC marlboros wouldn’t be possible because Phillip Morris and other companies such as RJ Reyonalds only sell FSC cigarettes. So if you see a website claiming to sell non fsc than its probably a scam. #3 (permalink) 01 20 2013, 11 56 PM IHCman Senior Member Join Date May 2011 Location United States Posts 169 Rep Power 19
I’ve ordered duty free non fsc Marlboros from two online sites. and I received my orders and didn’t have any problems with either site. I didn’t feel the quality from dutyfreedepot was that good, maybe old stale cigs or something. I quit ordering from airportcigs because they spam the hell out of yoru phone. they call trying to get you to reorder even while your waiting for an order to show up. I tried both the Swiss and Philippine made cigs and felt the Philippine ones were better and more flavorfull.
I’ve also ordered cigs and rolling tobacco from a brick an motar store in Greece. It is not dutyfree so you won’t save money ordering from them but they have great rolling tobacco and fast shipping. I felt most of the cigs they had were ok but weaker than the non fsc american made cigs. #4 (permalink) 01 23 2013, 08 32 PM RollEm Member Join Date Apr 2012 Location USSA Posts 55 Rep Power 8
Wrong. Non FSC Marlboros still do exist, and so do numerous other brands sold by Philip Morris and RJ Reynolds. They are sold in Eastern Europe (including the Ukraine), Switzerland, and a number of Asian countries. I believe Russian cigs are also non FSC, and Chinese as well (although I’d stay away from the latter).
Any cigarettes made in the reviled European Union have to be FSC, including the UK.
Some online stores are offering Marlboros from Eastern Europe and/or the Philippines. These are all non FSC if the store is honest about the origin of the cigarettes. I know for a fact that some of these stores are legit, because a friend of mine purchased two cartons of some Philippine made Marlboros from an online store several months ago, and when he received them he gave me a couple packs. Yes, indeed, they ARE non FSC, just like Marlboros used to be. I could smoke them without feeling sick or out of breath, and they tasted great. Yes, they were quite enjoyable. #5 (permalink) 01 24 2013, 02 00 AM IHCman Senior Member Join Date May 2011 Location United States Posts 169 Rep Power 19

Hey IHCMan my friend had obtained his Marlboro reds from dutyfreedepot several months ago. However, they don’t have any Marlboros for sale at all on their website now. No idea what’s up with that.
For the record, the reds from DFD seemed to be genuine, but they were rather on the stale side. Also, it took 6 weeks or so after ordering for them to finally arrive in the mail, my buddy tells me.
He placed an order with another website for some more Philippine made Marb reds, but I can’t remember at the moment which site it was. They haven’t arrived yet, last time I checked. When my buddy gets them (or if he demands a refund after waiting too long) I’ll find out for you which store it was, and whether the cigs are any good. #7 (permalink) 01 24 2013, 10 44 PM RollEm Member Join Date Apr 2012 Location USSA Posts 55 Rep Power 8
While we’re on the subject of alternate places to get Philippine Marlboros…
Have you considered using tobaccotrain? Nobody seems to have the courage to give them a try because you have to order a minimum of 3 cartons, and they only take money wire transfers. Neither me nor any of my friends can work up the nerve to do it…
If you’re brave enough, it’s less than 90 bucks for three cartons of non FSC reds. You can’t beat that. #8 (permalink) 01 24 2013, 11 30 PM jdwsmokes Moderator Join Date Jan 2013 Location United States Posts 104 Rep Power 12

Thanks for the tips Rollem. I’ve used Dutyfreedepot in the past and wasn’t to impressed with the quality of cigs I received from them. I also used airportcigarettes too and felt the quality of cigs was alot better but got tired of them spamming my phone.
I’ve also considered tobaccotrain and have went so far as to set up an account and started an order but ended up canceling it as I was to nervous about their payment method of wiring them money. Seemed like a scam. I did receive a letter in the mail from them about a year after I set up my account. The letter was basically an advertisement for philippine cigs and their site. Seemed professional but I’m still leary of wiring them money. Seems they’d have a better payment method if they’re a professional site. #10 (permalink) 02 03 2013, 01 03 PM gatrman56 Moderator Join Date Sep 2010 Location 29.19870 N, 82.09675 W (USA) Posts 219 Rep Power 25

Philip morris eyes selling cheaper marlboro cigarettes
Cdc – fact sheet – health effects of cigarette smoking – smoking & tobacco use
MANILA, Philippines Tobacco giant Philip Morris is planning to introduce low priced Marlboro cigarettes in the domestic market, in an effort to stem its declining market share.
The Lucio Tan controlled Philip Morris Fortune Tobacco Corporation (PMFTC) wrote a letter to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), seeking a permit to register Marlboro Original, Marlboro Gold Lights, Marlboro Menthol, and Marlboro Black Menthol in the low price category.
If the BIR grants the permit, Marlboro cigarettes will be sold cheaper and will compete against Champion, Fortune and Jackpot, other low priced brands also owned by PMFTC.
PMFTC president Paul Riley said PMFTC will still maintain original Marlboro products in the premium category and its flagship brand, Philip Morris, will not be produced in the low price category.
The new excise tax law states that the BIR should implement low and premium tax rates for cigarettes from 2013 to 2016.
By 2017, a single rate of P30 per pack will be implemented.
Riley said PMFTC s production volume dropped from 92 billion sticks in 2012 to 68 billion in 2013. By 2014, volume may go down further at 48 billion sticks.
“This is why we need to do something to reverse the current trend. What is more worrying, we expect the down trading to continue, with the Marlboro volume further decreasing to 7.9 billion sticks in 2014,” Riley said.
Riley said the decrease in production and sales was due to the shift to lower priced cigarettes.
The implementation of the Sin Tax Law has allowed Filipino owned brand Mighty Corp. and British American Tobacco to gain momentum as cigarette consumption shifted to the cheaper brands.
Industry estimates showed that 25 percent of premium and sub premium smokers have switched to the P1 per stick brands since the law took effect in 2012.
“To prevent this dire development, the company is willing to significantly cut its margins by introducing new Marlboro products with Net Retail Selling Prices (NRSPs) of below P11.50/pack,” Riley said.
“The company is hoping to get an additional volume of 8.9 billion sticks in 2014 which, in turn, can help the BIR collect more revenues from cigarettes,” he added.
The BIR, meanwhile, is looking into reports of under declaration by Mighty Corp. following complaints from other cigarette industry players.
